For custom scale or size requests, please message me directly, and I will try my best to accommodate your needs. While we ensure quality and fit through tolerance checks and post-processing, buyers may need to perform additional sanding and finishing.

Some minor gaps may be present which will require filling for a flawless finish. For figures and statues, the primary figure is resin printed, and the base is filament printed unless specified otherwise. Large flat parts may exhibit slight warping on corners, requiring sanding and filling. Please note that smaller models, especially those below 1:10 scale, may have fragile parts prone to breakage.

It is vital that you open the packages bubble wrap carefully to avoid damage. Filament parts require sanding and smoothing before painting to eliminate visible layer lines. Resin printed parts typically require minimal cleanup before painting. Parts may arrive in various PLA or resin colors, including opaque and clear, all require a primer coat for paint adhesion so the material colour is irrelevant.

Resin parts are printed at a 0.05mm layer height and hollowed when applicable. Filament parts are printed at a 0.2mm layer height.

Missing parts will be replaced free of charge; simply contact me for assistance. Clear resin parts may appear slightly yellow due to surface texture. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out for clarification.
