We can often get your order to you the day after you placed it! We pack our pallets very carefully & can get an awful lot onto one.

Please be very careful when opening them as items can move and fall as packaging is taken away. Pallets can only be manoeuvred on a flat, level surface! They are often very helpful and will do their best for you however they are not contracted to unload or move the pallet within your garden.

If there are any problems with your order, including damages, imperfections, wrong item sent etc, let us know as soon as you can, and we will sort it out for you ASAP. You will be responsible for paying any return costs of these orders. When returning an item, especially stone, please make sure you package it up very carefully.
